As soon as I heard the words "Sarah has been hurt and may need to go to the hospital" I hung up and ran out of work. In hindsight, it might have been better to stay on the line and find out what actually happenned. At least I was 10 mins away and hubby left work as soon as I called. The bleeding had stopped (as well as the crying) and we went to the children's emergency as urgent care wouldn't handle such a young child. She was happy and even danced until we started with the numbing medicine and then had to burrito her for the dermaglue(luckily no stitches because it was horizontal and where we naturally crease later).

| First ER room. Sarah called the nurses like 6 times before I wized up and hid the remote. |
 |
| Sarah trying to watch Nick Jr. |
 |
| Sarah not liking the numbing medicine that Mom got suckered into doing by the nurse. (Both Dr. and nurse were impressed with how well we had done). She was very smart and twirled in the curtain so I couldn't get her. |

| Immediately after. Obviously, it took two people to hold down a writhing two year old. Now just for the scar to heal... |
