Gamma Week

This week my mom came and took care of Sarah. She also got her back to sleeping through the night. Wahoo!!

Sarah also has been working on standing up this week. I feel like we are super close to staying sitting up on our own!

Brett and I also did a switch today with Brett heading to work in the AM and picking Sarah up from me at work around lunchtime. The only bad thing was Sarah hung out with two partners! However, since she is the best baby ever she was very very good!

Sarah has just discovered her feet on Monday! She grabs at them all the time. Here is a picture from this morning of her going to town.  I am getting more and more scared of crawling!

Sarah helped me work today bc Dad was at reserves for the weekend and I have to get it done. She was surprisingly good. Way to go Sarah!

Little One!

Work hours have been increasing and any free time I have left over has gone to Baby Sowell.  As a result, my shopping bug has been increasing as it has been months upon months since I went shopping for myself. I think after busy season is over I am going to have a me day and use some of that extra money/my push present on me.  Baby items on Amazon satisfies my shopping urge only so much!

I think Grandma has grown a bit bored staying at the house all day with Sarah.  She did do well this week after we had our lunch, Miss Sarah and Grandma aka Mimi(possibly new name) went to Marshalls and Mimi got a new pair of shoes!

Sarah is going to come to work with me for a bit.  I am giving it one shot and if it fails never again. We will see how this goes!!

This was also a week with our first real child care issues. Brett stayed home with Sarah on Monday and on Tuesday my awesome coworkers Mom watched her.  It covered the normal workday just not all the overtime I needed to put in!  Sarah did very well with somebody new which gives me hope for daycare in 2 months!

Accoring to my weekly baby e-mail, Sarah is on track!

When she's on her back and she sees you, your baby might lift her head and shoulders as you reach to pull her up. When she's on her stomach, she'll extend her arms and legs and arch her back. That's because she's excited to see you.
