Speedy!

Sarah is supposedly the fastest one in the class.  Her new teacher at the end of the day calls her the "runner".

Sarah requested a new ball at Target this weekend. She wouldn't let it out of her sight -- even to sleep.

NOT a snow bunny!

"It is cold and wet and I DON'T like it. " We went inside shortly after.

Best lil runner

Her run is just too cute not to put a picture of it up.

Moving with a purpose!!

Hide and go Seek!

This week...

Hubby had his birthday

Valentine's Day. Everyone liked Sarah's craft. I have no idea how long anyone will keep it but it is the thought that counts!

Sarah went on a babysitting extravaganza with our friends while we had a day birthday date.

I was a bit sad though since it SNOWED and it was Sarah's first real snow.  Breaking news --- She does not like snow and was confused by it.  So, I guess I didn't miss much.

Sarah has had a big developmental jump in my mind. Her teacher told me this week that she has been using 4 or 5 words now.  I have been practicing a few words with her and she tries to pronounce them after me like plate.  So, I think we will have a talking girl soon!

She also made a big jump with one of her toys.  One of the wooden scooters with wheels. She self propelled herself last night, adjusted to turn around and the corner and ran it all the way down our "1" hallway and would slow it down!

This is Sarah playing her favorite game. Hide and go seek!

Hiding. Where am I?

You found me!
And again we play. where am i??

Of course! Here i am!

Why my dog is overweight.

Sarah eating some puffs watching a movie.
Shiner spots the food action and is waiting patiently until the inevitable food flinging begins.

Shiner sees the spill and is going in!

Game Over! Shiner wins!

Nap Time

After church, grocery store and picking up breakfast this morning. Sarah decided a mid-morning nap was necessary. Her teacher told me that she starts to fall asleep after breakfast and they have to work to keep her up so she will sleep at naptime.
